With this new outpatient center, WellSpan solidifies its presence in Lancaster, PA. This 34,000 SF facility will better support WellSpan’s neighboring medical practices and surrounding communities. This facility offers personalized, state-of-the-art specialty care and outpatient surgical services. This cutting-edge building features an Ambulatory Surgery Center with three operating rooms, which are dedicated to orthopedic specialties with provisions for an additional future ‘Hybrid’ operating room. The space will also accommodate outpatient imaging with general radiology and magnetic resonance imaging. The facility also includes a blood draw laboratory and 18 examination rooms for a primary care & specialty physician practice and its own Central Sterile Processing.

Spiezle was commissioned by the developer to design the core and shell of this building as the second of two corresponding, Class-A office buildings. As architect of record for both buildings, Spiezle was able to create a complimentary group of buildings on this campus, with a clean, modern appeal. This campus is situated at a nexus of several primary roadways giving it high visibility among adjacent communities. As the sole tenant in this building, WellSpan will capitalize on the heightened visibility and accessibility.
