In collaboration with ADA Design Associates, Spiezle provided architecture and interior design to Oak Tree Development Group, for the fit-out of Baker Tilly’s Central Pennsylvania corporate center at City Gate Building One. This innovative office is a modern workplace with technology to support the collaboration between business and clients.

This high-end, 29,000 SF fit-out occupies both the third and fourth floors of the building and features partner offices, private meeting rooms, focus pods, and open office workspace for nearly 125 people. The offices include a variety of collaboration spaces and extensive amenities, including a café and vending area alongside a lounge with fireplace on the fourth floor.
